The placement of AMSPKYB23ER1 bonds issued by SPAYKA LLC ended on July 11, 2019.

The total funds raised from the placement amounted to AMD 800mln.

The Company intends to apply for listing the bonds on ABond platform of the Armenian Securities Exchange.
